Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial distress dan profitabilitas perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2013-2017 dengan mengambil sampel berjumlah 8 perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linerberganda ditemukan hasil penelitian Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh Financial Distress terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh Profitabilitas perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh financial distress dan Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
