Abstract
The purpose of this study is to Explore Pre-service Teachers’ Difficulties or Challenges During Teaching Practice : Towards English Teacher’s Professional Development. This study used qualitative case study. The subjects of this study are two English teachers and four pre-service teachers’. The data were collected with observation and in-depth interview. meanwhile to analyze the data, I used data reduction, display, conclusion drawing and verification. The study examine some challenges faced by Pre-Service teachers during their professional teaching practice, these include among others: Not resourceful,Inability to write lesson plan based on the teacher’s guided, materials problems,learner discipline and classroom management, supervision and support, and observations.. Based on the data who got from the result of in-depth interview sand open-ended questionnaires with the pre-service teachers’ shown that 90 percents the pre-service teachers’ have been to classroom management .the found suggested an exposure of the student teachers to a learn environment in which they can contextualism the theoretical knowledge they gathered during their trained. The study therefore recommends that students should have a multiple pre-service training before they complete the program.
