Abstract

This Study aims at Analyzing the social values of sasak wise words. The analysis was meant to find out the the social values of sasak wise words in nggeto – nggete dialect, The characteristic of sasak wise words in nggeto –nggete dialect. It was designed as a qualitative research. Data were collected through questionnaire and Interviewing as the main source. The data were analyzed using sasak wise words in nggeto –nggete dialect. Based on the results of the data analysis,it is found as follows: (1) The social values of sasak wise words in nggeto-nggete dialect are moral, religious, education, social. (2) The characteristics of sasak wise words in nggeto nggete dialect. commonly caused in two characteristics oral folklore and proverb.
